Ms. Antoon has over 30 years of travel, hospitality, VIP client and educational experience. A life-long learner she has earned multiple certifications and degrees while travelling the world. She is an adjunct professor at both the undergraduate and graduate levels for several academic institutions. Denise provides businesses with customer journey programs.
